Benedetta graduated in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and is currently completing a postgraduate Master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. She gained professional experience in Milan-based law firms and at an international banking institution, where she focused on corporate compliance, corporate criminal law, and sports law. In this latter field, she furthered her knowledge by attending an Executive Course in Sports Justice.
She provides both advisory and litigation services in corporate criminal and environmental law, with a particular focus on liability and regulatory compliance.
