Conferences
convegno Recepita la direttiva pay transparency B-HSE AIGI3

B-HSE hosted the conference “The Pay Transparency Directive Transposed: Integrated Compliance and Corporate Obligations”, an event dedicated to a topic set to have a significant impact on corporate organisation in the years ahead: pay transparency.

The conference brought together representatives from the legal, business, professional and trade association communities, offering a cross-disciplinary perspective on the new regulatory framework. Pay transparency was addressed not merely as a set of compliance requirements, but as an opportunity to strengthen fairer, more responsible governance models, aligned with the cultural evolution of organisations.

The event was organised by B-HSE Società tra Avvocati in collaboration with AIGI – Associazione Italiana Giuristi d’Impresa, ANDAF – Associazione Nazionale Direttori Amministrativi e Finanziari, AITRA – Associazione Italiana Trasparenza e Anticorruzione, AIDAF – Italian Family Business, Federmanager Roma and Federmanager Minerva, under the patronage of Unindustria Roma – Frosinone – Latina – Rieti – Viterbo. It provided an important forum for dialogue among professionals with different areas of expertise.

Following the opening remarks by Francesco Bruno, Partner at B-HSE, and Matteo Benozzo, Partner at B-HSE, the proceedings were introduced and moderated by Florinda Scicolone, Corporate Gender Equality Senior Advisor, Head of Equal Opportunities at AIGI and Executive Vice President of AITRA.

It requires organisations to establish more transparent processes, better-reasoned decisions, fairer structures and more trustworthy businesses.

The dialogue continued during the post-conference reception, which provided a particularly valuable opportunity for networking and further discussion. The conversations held alongside the formal proceedings generated new perspectives, cross-disciplinary insights and potential areas of collaboration among businesses, professionals and associations.
